Dogs Trust has announced that there are now only a limited number of giant Snoopy sculptures available for sponsorship, which will feature in South Wales’ biggest ever public art trail, A Dog’s Trail with Snoopy, which is raising funds for the charity.
A Dog’s Trail with Snoopy, in collaboration with creative producers, Wild in Art, will see 40 super-sized Snoopy sculptures displayed across Cardiff, Caerphilly and Porthcawl for 8 weeks from 8th April to 5th June 2022.
There are only nine giant Snoopy sculptures left to sponsor, with just 2 weeks left (until 1st February) for Welsh organisations to jump aboard.
Standing at 1.5 metres tall, the remaining sculptures have been transformed into incredible works of art; from floral and space inspired designs, abstract art and mythical creatures meaning businesses will have a unique opportunity to raise their profile and make their mark on special kind of blank canvas.
As well as brand visibility throughout the A Dog’s Trail official app, additional perks include CSR benefits and city-wide visibility throughout the Spring. The trail will bring colour to the streets of South Wales and the Snoopy sculptures go walkies around the Welsh capital and nearby towns of Caerphilly and Porthcawl. By sponsoring a Snoopy sculpture, organisations are also directly supporting Dogs Trust’s rehoming centres in Bridgend and Cardiff.
Rebecca Staden, Project Manager of A Dog’s Trail with Snoopy, says: “A Dog’s Trail with Snoopy is an excellent opportunity for you to raise awareness of your business and there are many exciting ways to benefit from a collaboration with us whilst supporting Dogs Trust’s amazing work. By coming walkies with us you’ll be taking the lead in reaching new audiences, and increasing community engagement.
“Each Snoopy sculpture will be beautifully created, demonstrating the wealth of artistic talent on offer in the region and beyond. There is a wide range of sponsorship opportunities on offer so if you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you.”
At the end of the event, each sculpture will be auctioned to raise money for Dogs Trust to allow them to continue to look after the rescue dogs in their care, giving them everything they need until they are adopted.
